The Company’s range of products and solutions include interconnect cable assemblies, including fiber-optic (FO), high-speed copper, radio frequency (RF) and assemblies, and a range of power products. It operates in two divisions: Power Products and Interconnect. In the United Kingdom, Volex Group plc includes an operational division, Volex Powercords Europe. Volex Group Holdings Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Volex (Asia) Pte Ltd, PT Volex Indonesia, PT Volex Cable Assembly, Volex Cable Assemblies (Phils) Inc., Volex Japan KK and Volex Inc. The Company’s subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacture and/or sale of interconnect and cable assembly products.
