On February 28, 2011, it acquired McAfee, Inc. In August 2011, the Company formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Intel Federal LLC. During the year ended December 31, 2011, it sold the remaining interest in Micron. On February 2012, QLogic Corp. sold the product lines and certain assets associated with its InfiniBand business to the Company.
